ATLANTA — Some changes and new things are in store for the Atlanta Hawks as the team prepares to kick off the second half of their 2020-21 NBA Schedule.

The Hawks announced that a limited amount of single-game tickets will be available for games. Only season ticket holders were allowed during the first half of the season at State Farm Arena.
“We are thrilled to welcome more Hawks fans back to State Farm Arena as we continue the second half of the 2020-21 NBA season,” said Hawks’ Chief Revenue Officer Andrew Saltzman. “We have an exciting schedule, and we look forward to creating great experiences for everyone.”
The team also announced a long lineup of special promotions and “Theme Nights” for fans. It includes: six “Unity Night” games after putting on four leading up to last weekend’s All Star Break.
The Hawks will also host such events as: “Hispanic Heritage Night” on March 14, “404 Night” on April 4 and “Pride Night” on May 1. They’ll wrap up the 2021 campaign and the 2021 regular season schedule with “Fan Appreciation Night” on May 16.

The team said its worked diligently with the NBA, local health officials and industry experts in healthcare, live events and hospitality to create a safe fan experience. With that in mind, they are limiting capacity to allow for social distancing.
They will also continue to implement increased cleaning and sanitization procedures, contactless entry and screening and touchless restrooms along with hand sanitizer stations.

The Hawks enter the second half of the season with a 16-20 record and are 11th in the Eastern Conference standings. The team sits only a game out of playoff contention with 36 more games left in the season.
