No, it's Mark Richt.
Check out University of Georgia coach Mark Richt back in his younger years.
This is a yearbook photo from his days as a student at Boca Raton High School in Florida.
Richt was the quarterback at Boca Raton before heading off to the University of Miami. At one point, Jim Kelly, Vinny Testaverde and Bernie Kosar were all on the roster along with Richt.
