‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ to end after 14 years, 20 seasons

The Kardashian-Jenner family has reigned reality television for years.

Over the years, “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” has been a staple on the E! network. Created by Ryan Seacrest in 2007, the superstar family has gone through their fair share of scandals with America watching. The Jenner girls have grown up on camera, the older Kardashians have started families of their own, and Caitlin Jenner transitioned in front of the world.

The family announced the final season on social media Tuesday.

“It is with heavy hearts that we say goodbye to ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians.’ After what will be 14 years, 20 seasons, hundreds of episodes and several spin-off shows, we’ve decided as a family to end this very special journey,” the family said in a shared statement. “We are beyond grateful to all of you who’ve watched us for all of these years—through the good times, the bad times, the happiness, the tears, and the many relationships and children. We’ll forever cherish the wonderful memories and countless people we’ve met along the way.”

According to E!, 12 spin-off shows have been based around the Kardashian-Jenner clan, including “Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami,” “Kourtney and Kim Take New York," “Khloe and Lamar,” “Life of Kylie,” and “Rob & Chyna.”

Season 19 of “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” begins Sept. 17. The final season will air in 2021.
