Police Make Prostitution Arrests At Mall

BUFORD, Ga. — Police arrested two employees of a Mall of Georgia business in connection with a prostitution investigation.

Officers said they received tips about prostitution at the "Lucky Good Hands Massage Parlor" at the mall.

Channel 2 Action News reporter Manuel Bojorquez talked to Cpl. David Schiralli of the Gwinnett County Police Department who said police were concerned about the location of the massage parlor at the mall.

"This place was actually by the movie theaters inside the mall, which is where a lot of small children and teenagers congregate," said Schiralli.

Undercover officers went to the "Lucky Good Hands Massage Parlor" and said they were offered sex for cash.

Police arrested Yingjue Lui on prostitution charges. They also arrested Shiying Tian, charging her with giving police a false name and providing a massage without a permit.

Mall of Georgia officials said they have terminated the lease of the "Lucky Good Hands Massage Parlor."
