ATLANTA,None — Thousands of fans packed Aaron's Amphitheater at Lakewood Sunday night to see a couple of hair bands belt out some of the biggest hits of the '80s.
Poison and Motley Crue teamed up for the concert.
Poison has been at it for 25 years now. The band behind such songs as "Talk Dirty To Me", "Nothin' but a Good Time", and "Every Rose Has Its Thorn" features Bret Michaels, C.C. DeVille, Bobby Dall and Rikki Rockett.
Michaels, Dall and Rockett are original members of the band. DeVille actually joined the band about two years after it was formed.
Did you know? Slash auditioned for Poison when the band needed a guitar played in 1985. DeVille actually earned the gig. Slash later joined Guns N' Roses.

Motley Crue took to the stage after Poison concluded their set. Motley Crue is celebrating 30 years as a band this year.
The band behind such hits as "Girls, Girls, Girls", "Dr. Feelgood" and "Smokin' in the Boys Room" features Vince Neil, Mick Mars, Nikki Sixx and Tommy Lee.
Did you know? In 1987, Sixx was declared legally dead after a heroin overdose. The doctor, who happened to be a Crue fan, revived him by giving Sixx two shots of adrenaline to the heart. The shots brought Sixx back to life and the incident was the inspiration behind "Kickstart My Heart".
