DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — DeKalb County police arrested a man accused of shooting a store clerk to death.
Rickey Westbrook, 24, is charged with murder in the shooting death of 54-year-old Harry Wells.
Surveillance video showed Westbrook enter the store and shoot Wells through a window, according to a store employee.
Police said Westbrook did not steal anything from the store.
"He was the most courteous person i've ever met," friend Andre Patrick told Channel 2's Matt Johnson.
Johnson found a growing memorial outside the store on Friday.
Patrick said he can't understand the shooting.
"Who can really say, the way people's hearts and minds are at these days and time in life," Patrick said.
