DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — DeKalb County police are responding to reports of a shooting near Northlake Mall Tuesday afternoon.
There is heavy police activity the Chase Bank in the Northlake Festival shopping center. Briarcliff Road is blocked near Lavista Road and at the other mall entrances.
