COBB COUNTY, Ga - A Kennesaw photographer is facing federal charges, accused of taking child pornography and trading the pictures online.

Ryan Hornback was arrested after an FBI investigation that spanned several states.

On his website, Hornback advertises that he takes professional photos of weddings, engagements, and birthdays.

According to a criminal complaint by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Hornback also took pornographic photos and traded them on a foreign child porn website.

The FBI linked him to a 5-year-old victim, who was also seen in pictures posted on Hornback’s company's Facebook page.

The FBI served a search warrant at his apartment about a week ago.

“I found out, unbelievable, creepy, you never know who lives next door,” said neighbor Sarah Hoeffer.

According the criminal complaint, Hornback admitted to using the account “diaperprincess205@gmail” to email photos of child porn that he produced.

“He maintained he ‘exploited’ JCI (the victim), but never abused her,” according to the criminal complaint.

At last check, Hornback was in federal custody. Channel 2 Action News sent an email to his public defender, but hasn’t heard back.

The criminal complaint is unclear about the number of victims, or how he came into contact with them.
