ATLANTA, Ga. — The Cobb County Police Department is investigating an armed robbery that took place at a CVS.
According to police, the incident was reported Thursday morning at 2014 Powers Ferry Road.
Investigators told Channel 2 Action News that a man entered the business and demanded money from an employee at the front counter. After receiving an undisclosed amount of cash, the robber fled on foot in an unknown direction.
The robber is described as a black man in his mid-20s, wearing a black shirt, black pants and a white covering over his head. The man was also armed with a knife.
There were no injuries during this incident.
