The Johns Creek Police Department has confirmed Ciera Breland’s last known whereabouts as 10545 Highgate Manor Court on Feb. 24 at 7:17 p.m.

Xavier Breland is currently incarcerated at the Hamilton County Jail awaiting extradition back to Georgia on an unrelated warrant out of Coweta County.

Xavier Breland has been identified as a person of interest in his wife’s case.

Channel 2′s Mark Winne found loads of documents of interest on Monday which contain serious allegations against Xavier Breland involving another woman, stalking and more.

Some of the time it appears Ciera Breland was his attorney.

“She was not a family law practitioner, and you could just see that she was in a bad spot having to defend someone that was not a nice person,” attorney Donato “Dan” Palumbo said.

Palumbo said he represents an alleged victim, the mother of two of Xavier Breland Jr.’s children, in civil cases that began before Ciera Locklair Breland’s disappearance.

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation and the Federal Bureau of Investigation are assisting with the case.
