NORTH FULTON COUNTY, Ga. — Alpharetta Police are searching for a robber who climbed through the drive-thru of a McDonald’s and robbed store employees before stealing one of their cars.
Surveillance pictures from the Aug. 8 attack show the suspect, wearing a McDonald’s uniform, walking through the kitchen area with a gun.
“He pointed a gun at the employee and demanded all of the money,” said Officer Jason Muenzer. “The suspect walked to the front of the store and typed in a code and obtained money from the register at that point.”

Muenzer said the man eventually grabbed keys from a store employee and stole their car, before taking off.
“The vehicle was eventually located in Roswell, which had been involved in motor vehicle accident,” he said.
Customer Steven McFarlane told Petchenik he was surprised to hear about the brazen attack.
“It’s crazy. Real crazy,” he said. “It’s a crazy world we’re living in, man.”
