There's new video of another "creepy clown" roaming around the metro, and it was shot by the clown himself shortly before he was arrested.
It happened at the Newnan Walmart around midnight Thursday. %

Police were called after 25-year old Rodney Byram roamed through the store dressed in a court jester costume.
"It took our resources - our officers - off their regular patrols routes to deal with someone doing something foolish,” Newnan police Chief D.L. Meadows said.
Officers said while out in the parking lot, Byram slipped on a scary clown mask and deliberately frightened a couple of customers.
Byram himself did a Facebook Live during his stroll around the store.
Cops say the Alabama resident was in town with a carnival company that set up at the Coweta County Fair.
He was arrested for disorderly conduct. But on Facebook, he insisted he meant no harm, didn’t scare anyone and then posted a picture posing with the sign for the bonding company that got him out of jail.

Meadows was not amused.
"The clown story has been all over social media and national news networks. You see something on it just about every day,” Meadows said.
Byram left town with the carnival Monday.
On Facebook, he told Channel 2 Action News he wished he could do an on-camera interview, but said his boss told him to lay low.
Meadows said Byram will likely have to pay a fine in connection with the disorderly conduct charge.
