MUST-SEE: Georgia family spreading Dawgs holiday cheer with Christmas light display

BRASELTON, Ga. — Tyler and Allyson Beaucamp never miss an opportunity to go all out with their Christmas decorations.

Last year, the couple paid tribute to the 2021 Atlanta Braves for their World Series champion.

So when it came to picking out a theme this year, there was no question about who they would honor: the 2022 College Football National Champion Georgia Bulldogs.

This year’s display features about 5,500 pixel lights. The display plays selections from the Red Coats marching band including “Glory, Glory, Georgia.” It also features highlights from the Dawgs’ championship win over Alabama, including Kelee Ringo’s game-winning interception.

Allyson Beaucamp says her husband begins setting up the decorations on Oct. 1. He finishes in time for Thanksgiving. On average, it can take up to 100 hours for him to set up the lights and program.

The Beaucamps’ house is located off Pointer Lane in Braselton for any fans who want to check out the impressive display.

The show runs every night from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. until January 2.
