Man arrested on suspicion of having knife, brass knuckles at Cobb high school

COBB COUNTY, Ga. — A man is facing multiple charges after allegedly bringing weapons and drugs on the campus of a high school in Cobb County.
 
According to arrest warrant, Nicholas Ray Kelley entered the campus of South Cobb High School on March 21 carrying knife with a 3-inch long black metal blade and brass knuckles.
 
Authorities also found less than an ounce of marijuana inside his coat pocket. The brass knuckles were discovered during a pat down.
 
Authorities said Kelley was not a student at the school. It was unclear why he was at the school.
 
Kelley was charged with carrying weapons within a school safety zone, carrying a concealed weapon, criminal trespass and less than one ounce of marijuana.
 
Kelley's bond was set at $10,000.
