4 dead after crash in Henry County

HENRY COUNTY, Ga. — Four people were killed in a crash in Henry County Thursday.

Henry County police say the crash happened on I-75 SB near exit 212.

According to investigators, a Chevy Trailblazer was driving south when it lost control, ran off the road and flipped several time. All four people in the car were killed.

The victims were identified Friday as a 60-year-old Nathaniel Elliot, 70-year-old Charlie Lee Avery, 70-year-old Lillie Avery and 58-year-old Levi Brooks. All victims are from Barnesville.

Several lanes were blocked for hours as police investigated the crash.
