BUFORD, Ga. — A tractor trailer stuck on train tracks in Buford was destroyed Thursday afternoon when a train crashed through it.
Gwinnett County police say the crash involving a tractor trailer and a train happened at the intersection of Shadburn Avenue and Little Mill Road.

Police said the crash happened just after 2 p.m. and the driver told them he got stuck on the tracks. Neither the driver of the truck or anyone on the train was injured.
Video obtained by Channel 2 Action News shows the moment the train barreled into the truck, sending debris flying through the air.
Witnesses told Channel 2 Gwinnett County bureau chief Tony Thomas that the truck was carrying thousands of dollars worth of tools.

The cause of the truck being stuck on the tracks has not been released.
