Brunch is provided to mothers currently living at the Red Shield Shelter and other local shelters.
Ruth Manning, president of the Georgia Mothers Association, is one of the founding organizers of the event.
Manning says, "I have a special place in my heart for these women and each year we shower them with love."
Zest Atlanta will cater the event with a Southern-style breakfast of egg soufflé, large ham biscuits and much more.
The Georgia Mothers of the American Mothers Association is devoted to strengthening homes and families in Georgia and recognizes the role of motherhood through educational programs and community outreach.
Janeane Schmidt, executive director of The Salvation Army Red Shield Services, says, "This Sunday we are expecting to give hope to many homeless women and children in Atlanta. We will pour out lots of love and blessings."
The program will include singing, prayer, devotions and give each mother an opportunity to share her testimony.
