COBB COUNTY, Ga. — One suspect is in custody who police said was caught on camera smashing a U-Haul into a metro Atlanta laundromat to steal an ATM.
In April, two men allegedly used a stolen U-Haul moving truck to plow through a Family Dollar and a Coin Laundry while trying to steal the ATMs inside.
Christopher Jackson is in jail. Police are still looking for the second suspect, Quentin Little.
Police told Newell that cell phone data helped them catch the suspect.
Warrants say one ATM was stolen, while the other remain in its store after the damage left it inaccessible from a fallen wall.

Sgt. Eric Smith from the Cobb County Police Department told Channel 2 Action News that it was hard to identify the men because of what they were wearing.
“Because they were wearing face coverings, you couldn’t do the normal thing of identifying them through normal means,” Smith said. “So detectives had to take much longer in their investigation, but they didn’t give up.”
