COBB COUNTY, Ga. — Need something fun and free to do to start off your weekend? The Cobb County Parks Department is hosting free drive-in movie nights over the next couple of weekends.
The county will be showing the live-action remake of Disney’s “Aladdin” July 17, 18, 24 and 25.
The movies will be shown at the following locations:
- July 17/18 at Lost Mountain Park
- July 24/25 at Cobb County Civic Center
“The park will open at 6:30 p.m. Staff will coordinate activities (with proper social distancing) and have a trivia question time prior to the movie. The main event is scheduled to begin around 7:30 p.m.,” the county said on its website.
The movies are free, but you will need to register in advance for the movies. CLICK HERE to register.
You will need to print out your registration receipt to show at the main entrance of the park when you arrive.
“Your family will be assigned two parking spaces to keep the proper amount of space between you and the next family,” the county said.
You will be directed to your assigned parking spots when you enter the park.
