Sources confirm to Channel 2 Action News that Cobb County Sheriff Neil Warren has been involved in an injury wreck along Interstate 75 Thursday afternoon.

ATLANTA — Channel 2 Action News has confirmed Cobb County Sheriff Neil Warren has been involved in an injury wreck along Interstate 75 Thursday afternoon.

The wreck happened just after 2:30 p.m. in the southbound lanes of I-75 near Northside Drive.

Investigators said Warren and Chief Deputy Milton Beck were involved in the wreck. They are said to have minor injuries.

Both were taken to Grady Memorial Hospital to be checked out.
