COBB COUNTY, Ga — A police chase in south Cobb County ended with a car flipping on its roof.
According to officials, an officer tried to pull over a driver near Floyd Road when the driver sped off.
Officials say the car was approaching a shopping center near Austell Road when it hit a cement post, went airborne and landed up on its roof.
Police say the driver tried to run off, but was caught almost immediately.
Police told Channel 2 Action News that the Chevy Tahoe the driver was in was reported stolen.
