ATLANTA — Police say a man was shot multiple times while riding in a Lyft car early Saturday morning in Little Five Points.
Police said they responded to reports of a person shot on Moreland Ave. around 2:18 a.m. They found a man with multiple gunshot wounds near a popular strip of restaurants that include Tijuana Grill.

The man was taken to the hospital. His identity and condition have not been released.

Investigators said the victim and a friend were passengers in the Lyft when they heard gunshots that appeared to have been fired from another car. The victim realized he had been hit and called an ambulance.
Police are still working to determine who shot the man. No information about any potential shooter has been released.
