ATLANTA — Five suspects are facing charges after they were accused of breaking into multiple cars earlier this month.

Atlanta police shared a video of the Feb 1. police chase.
According to APD, its Phoenix Air Unit and Georgia State Patrol spotted a car involved in break-ins earlier that day.

Five people inside the car jumped out and started running after crashing into a parked car. Officers quickly handcuffed one of the suspects before spotting another one.
Police then arrested 23-year-old Deshunte Andrews, who appeared visibly out of breath and even asked officers for something to drink.
“Bruh, can I get something to drink, please? Can I get something to drink,” Andrews can be heard saying on an officer’s bodycam.

Andrews is charged with failure to signal, flee or attempt to elude police, reckless driving, hit and run, obstruction of officers, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
The teens face various charges, including obstruction of an officer. One teen was also charged with possession of a firearm by a minor and theft by receiving (in possession of a stolen firearm).
Andrews was booked into the Fulton County Jail and the teens were released to their guardians.
