ATLANTA — The Hawks’ hard-fought season has come to an end.
The Atlanta Hawks ended their playoff run with a 128-120 loss to the Boston Celtics at home on Thursday night.

After a tight match-up, Trae Young and the Hawks weren’t quite able to pull out the win.
Despite trailing for most of the best-of-seven series, Atlanta was able to send the first round of the NBA playoffs to a Game 6 by beating Boston on their home court Tuesday night.
Boston will now move on to face the Philadelphia 76ers in the second round of the playoffs.
