ATLANTA — Good news for Georgia Tech students: The men's basketball coach is buying tickets for every student who wants to attend Tuesday night’s NIT game.
The Yellow Jackets will face Indiana in the opening round of the National Invitation Tournament.
Head Coach Josh Pastner told Channel 2 Sports Director Zach Klein that he wants a large crowd to rally behind the team.
"The students have earned the right, our players have earned the right and we have a better chance of winning if we have a better crowd," Pastner said.
