“We’re hoping to get that van identified, as well in the person’s inside of that van” said Lt. Ralph Woolfolk with the Atlanta Police Department. “You will see an individual exit the passenger side of the van and engage in a discussion with individuals in the parking lot we believe to be acquaintance individuals.”
The video also shows a person riding a dirt bike through the parking lot of the woman’s apartment complex.
“We believe that dirt bike is very peculiar in its color, as well as the clothing in which the individual on the bike is wearing,” Woolfolk said. “He’s wearing what is perceived to be a bubble jacket, that it has some distinct colors on the back and some stripes on the side. He has a very peculiar walk. We want you to pay attention to his movements and his behavioral patterns.”
