HALL COUNTY, Ga. — Hall County sheriff's deputies arrested an elderly violin instructor who they say used his business to molest a child.
Leon Messerlian, 85, was charged after deputies say he used his business, Oxford Academy of Classical Studies, to have inappropriate sexual contact with a minor after a student of Messerlian came forward with the allegations.
Messerlian was charged with child molestation, sexual battery and enticing a child for indecent purposes.

Messerlian remains in jail without bond. He is set for a hearing on Aug. 14.
