DALLAS, Ga. — Dallas police investigators say one man is dead and two others are being sought in a Saturday night shooting near the Paulding Plaza shopping area in Dallas.
Police identified the victim as James Hendon. The 41-year-old, who police said was staying at a nearby extended stay motel, was walking to a store in the plaza on Merchants Drive when he was confronted by two males.
Hendon was shot and then transported to Kennestone Hospital where he died.
Police are still looking for suspects, but say they have very little to go on.
