The incident happened in the 2500 block of Etheridge Drive around 9:45 p.m.

The victim’s cousin told Channel 2 that a fight started after an argument over someone leaning on a car.

“He was the only one left, laying flat on the ground, and that’s when we knew he was shot,” Duwon Robinson said.
