ATLANTA — A Johns Creek man whose children have benefitted from the Georgia Lottery-funded HOPE Scholarship Program has, himself, won a Georgia Lottery prize. Samuel Eulette, 60, was selected as a grand prize winner in the Georgia Lottery’s Play It Again Reloaded Second Chance Promotion, winning a $15,000 prize.
“It feels good. I’m fantastic,” Eulette exclaimed. “We’ll take a nice vacation, and I’ll take on a home improvement project.”
The lucky winner and his wife, Vanessa, have three adult children, two of whom graduated as HOPE Scholarship recipients.
As a monthly cash prize winner in the Georgia Lottery’s Play It Again Reloaded Second Chance Promotion, Eulette had an opportunity to spin a wheel to win cash prizes ranging from $5,000 to $1 million.
Georgia Lottery players with non-winning $1 and $2 instant tickets or non-winning Mega Millions and Powerball tickets can enter into the Georgia Lottery's Play It Again Reloaded Second Chance Promotion. For more information, visit www.mygalottery.com.
Since its first year, the Georgia Lottery Corp. has returned more than $16 billion to the state of Georgia for education. All Georgia Lottery profits go to pay for specific educational programs, including Georgia’s HOPE Scholarship Program and Georgia’s Pre-K Program. More than 1.7 million students have received HOPE, and more than 1.3 million 4-year-olds have attended the statewide, voluntary prekindergarten program.
