Troopers searching for gang member who fled police in Whitfield County

WHITFIELD COUNTY, Ga. — Georgia State Patrol troopers say they are searching for a known gang member who has multiple felony warrants.

Troopers say Dakota Lynn fled GSP and other law enforcement Saturday night on Highway 201 in the Lake Kathy area of Whitfield County.

Authorities say he is known to spend time in the Ringgold and Dalton areas.

Lynn was last seen wearing blue jeans and a white hoodie.

They have not commented on the felonies Lynn is wanted for.

GSP says that if you see Lynn, you should not approach him and instead call 911.
