ATLANTA, Ga. — A Flash Flood Warning is in effect for parts of Clayton, Cobb, Dekalb, Gwinnett and Fulton counties until 1:30 a.m. This includes the city of Atlanta. These areas have already received 1 to 3 inches of rain. Heavy rain continues to fall around the metro area. Please use caution when out on the roads. Do NOT cross any roads covered in water.
