None — A Lawrenceville man accused of killing a Cobb County flight attendant in 1995 will appear for a court hearing.
A motions hearing is set Monday for Waseem Daker, who is charged with murder, two counts of aggravated assault, aggravated stalking and burglary.
Prosecutors accuse Daker of strangling Karmen Smith. Smith's young son was home at the time but survived.
Daker was arrested last year after police sent evidence from the crime to a DNA crime lab and received what they described as a match.
