ATLANTA,None — Officers busted a club in southwest Atlanta after neighbors complained about loud music.
SLIDESHOW: Club Busted By Atlanta Police
Atlanta police told Channel 2 Action News that noise from the club in the 800 block of Warner Street has been an ongoing problem for the neighborhood.
Officials moved in at about 4:15 a.m. Sunday and took several people into custody on noise violation charges.
Police told Channel 2 that the business was operating as a illegal club, and did not have a license to sell alcohol or operate as a dance hall.
The business owner was cited by Atlanta police and the Atlanta Fire Department for violations and the club was shut down.
In July, officers made arrests for the same violations.
