Clorox can't clean up this Twitter mess

Clorox Bleach wishes they could clean up the mess it made after Apple released new emojis this week.

Clorox has apologized for its since deleted tweet, which showed a Clorox bottle made up of the new emojis.

With the picture, Clorox tweeted, "New emojis are alright but where's the bleach."

In its tweet, Clorox was commenting on why bleach wasn't included among the hundreds of other household items that Apple had added to its list of emojis.

But on social media, offense was taken, implying the company would rather the emojis be only white, by adding bleach.

After taking down the tweet, Clorox followed up with this apology:
