BARTOW COUNTY, Ga.,None — The Bartow County Sheriffs Office arrested an off-duty deputy following a domestic dispute, deputies said.
Jeffrey Todd Rodgers, 41, is charged with aggravated assault, terroristic threats, pointing a gun at another person and cruelty to children.
Deputies did not release further details about the arrest that happened late Sunday.
Rogers is in the Bartow County Jail awaiting a bond hearing. He has been placed on administrative leave until the investigation is complete, according to Sheriff Clark Millsap.
