Things 2 Do

Some of rap’s biggest names join forces for Atlanta concert date

Rick Ross, Jeezy, T.I., Yo Gotti and Lil’ Kim will share the State Farm Arena stage one night in late April as the Feed the Streetz Tour, “Living Legendz” Edition comes to town.

The concert is scheduled for Friday, April 24, which is the opening night of the tour.

For T.I., he won’t have to venture too far from home. The rapper behind hits “What You Know," “Live Your Life” and “Bring 'Em Out” calls Atlanta home. He attended Douglass High School, frequently talks about his Atlanta roots and has joined many other artists on stage when their tours have passed through Atlanta.

T.I. has been in the news a lot lately. He was honored by the Georgia Senate for his positive impact on community, recently purchased Atlanta’s Silent Sound Studios, was named to a newly formed task force charged with finding a new use for Atlanta’s city jail and bought a historic restaurant with Killer Mike.

Likewise, Jeezy has spent plenty of time in and around Atlanta. He’s been nominated for four Grammy Awards for the songs “Put On,” “Amazing,” “Lose My Mind” and “I Do.”

More dates for the tour are expected to be announced in the coming weeks.

Tickets to the April 24 show are on sale now.
