Great Escape Parkside "I originally ‘retired’ young at the age of 28—moved to Florida – and bought a 62 acre private island in the marshlands west of Orlando. I transformed it into what is now (another one of these rental homes) – I raised my kids there.. around 2009, I began renting it out when I went on vacation (and) traveled, which was up to 120 nights per year.
