FALL RIVER, Mass. — Police in Massachusetts have arrested a Fall River couple whose 11-month-old child overdosed on fentanyl, authorities said.
According to Boston's WFXT, Kevin Baker, 39, and Lynne Servant, 35, each face one count of permitting injury to a child after the baby overdosed on the opioid, Fall River police said in a Facebook post Tuesday. The infant is in stable condition, WFXT reported.
