GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga.,None — A grand jury has indicted a 17-year-old accused of attacking a Lilburn student with a bleach-filled balloon.
Police said Juan Carlos Flores and three other boys targeted 14-year-old Miguel Mesa as he walked home on the last day of school in May.
Mesa suffered damage to his face and chemical burns on his eyes. Officials said the boys told police they just wanted to mess up Mesa's clothes.

Flores was charged with two counts of aggravated battery.
Prosecutors will try three other Meadowcreek High School students who were with Flores as juveniles.
