ATLANTA — Carl has only one thing to say: War Damn Eagle.
Chandler Riggs, who plays Carl on ‘The Walking Dead’, announced he was accepted into Auburn University this week.
The 17-year-old Atlanta-native tweeted Sunday “ayy i just got accepted into auburn.”

Riggs’ former co-star, Jon Bernthal, took to Twitter to congratulate the teen and share a photo of the two.

Riggs has played Carl since the show started in 2010. It is filmed mostly in Georgia, in the Senoia area.
