BUFORD, Ga.,None — A Braselton man is the latest to be charged with disorderly conduct after he allegedly solicited sex inside a Buford Kmart store.
Police arrested Michael Gordy on May 11 when the 32-year-old allegedly propositioned a store employee inside the men's restroom.
Gordy is the sixth man arrested on sex-related charges at that Kmart store since March.
Gordy was released from the Gwinnett County Jail the day of his arrest.
