The snow and rainy weather felt across all of north Georgia has started moving out, but cold temperatures are now starting to move in.

A winter weather advisory remains in effect for Dawson, Fannin, Gilmer, Habersham, Lumpkin, Pickens, Rabun, Towns, Union and White counties until 1 a.m. Friday.
We’re tracking the potential for icy roads during your morning commute, on Channel 2 Action News This Morning, starting at 4 a.m.
[COUNTY-BY-COUNTY: Roads, offices closed due to flooding, winter weather]
Here’s what you need to know:
- Temps falling into the low 30s, upper 20s
- There is a potential for black ice before sunrise
- Below freezing temps are in store for Friday
BLACK ICE possible early Friday, any roads that don't dry overnight will freeze. Watch for slippery spots by morning.
