DULUTH, Ga. — All Duluth Municipal Court sessions scheduled between Aug. 24 and Sept. 11 have been canceled. Court officials say the temporary closure is due to ongoing construction at the Public Safety Building.

Individuals who may be affected by the cancellations will receive written notice by mail. The mailings will provide each individual with their rescheduled court date.
Court officials advise individuals with address changes to update their contact information as soon as possible. The court can be reached by phone at 770-623-2771 or by email at courts@duluthga.net.
