COBB COUNTY, Ga. — A Cobb County grand jury indicted four people accused of stealing more than $23,000 in merchandise from Ulta Beauty, TJ Maxx, Macy’s and JCPenney stores across north Georgia.
Georgia Attorney General Chris Carr announced the indictment on Thursday. The suspects have been identified as Roshella Moore, 33, Shaterria Harris, 26, Rickella Moore, 33, and Shaniqua Gates, 34, all of LaGrange.

The group allegedly worked together from Feb. 2024 to July 2026 to repeatedly steal perfume, cologne, clothing and other items from stores in Cobb, Coweta, DeKalb, Fayette, Fulton and Muscogee counties.
Officials say the group then sold the stolen merchandise on Facebook.

Carr said organized retail theft will not be tolerated in Georgia and described these thefts as harmful to businesses, employees and customers.
The Attorney General’s Organized Retail Crime Unit and store security teams investigated the case.
The charges include multiple counts of racketeering and shoplifting.
