2 dead in northwest Atlanta recording studio shooting, multiple gunmen sought

ATLANTA — Police are searching for more than one shooter who opened fire at a recording studio early Wednesday morning.

Officers swarmed the intersection Donald Lee Hollowell Parkway and H.E. Holmes Drive in northwest Atlanta after 2 a.m.

Channel 2′s Darryn Moore at the scene confirmed from police that two people were killed in the shooting.

Moore learned from police that the shooting happened inside a recording studio. One person was killed inside the building and another person died on the way to the hospital.

There were dozens of shell casings at the scene, and several cars that had bullet holes in them. Police say due to the numerous shell casings, there was more than one shooter.

No arrests have been made.
