ATLANTA — The Fulton County District Attorney’s Office has filed emergency motions seeking court-ordered forensic interviews of minor children and a hearing to modify Kroy Biermann Jr.’s bond conditions in his sexual assault case.

The 15-year-old son of “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Kim Zolciak and former Atlanta Falcons player Kroy Biermann faces multiple felony charges in a sexual assault case.
“The state will proffer a good faith basis for concern regarding additional minors who require forensic interviews related to this case,” reads the motion filed Thursday by the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office.
The emergency motions ask the court to hold a hearing to modify the bond conditions approved Sept. 11 and to consider explicit video evidence in a closed courtroom and under seal.
According to the current conditions of his bond, Biermann Jr. will be required to stay at his Alpharetta home and attend school virtually. Anyone younger 16, including his siblings, are not allowed to live in or visit the home.

He is only allowed to leave the home for doctor and court appearances.
The teen will also not be allowed to use a cell phone or social media.
According to the indictment, Biermann Jr. is accused of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl inside a locked changing room at an Alpharetta gym.
The indictment also says Biermann Jr. has been under juvenile court supervision from a 2023 case where investigators found videos on his cellphone of him sexually assaulting someone around his same age.
Judge Melynee Leftridge denied a request from the defense to close the courtroom, finding that measures already put in place by the court are sufficient.
However, the court granted a motion to restrict media recording and photography, as well as the handling of juvenile court records, which will be filed under seal.
Biermann Jr.’s attorney also filed a notice Thursday confirming that his passport had been turned over in compliance with the court’s bond order.
