The community back home in Macon organized a prayer vigil Sunday for Walker and his family at Stratford Academy.

“Pray for his medical team, for Walker’s strength and for his family’s support. While much is unknown, we know that Walker faces a battle in the coming days, weeks and months,” said Logan Bowlds, who heads the academy.

“His family has specifically asked me to ask for prayers for his heart and kidneys, which seem to have taken some of the worst toils in his accident.”

As of Monday morning, there is no update on his condition.
