DECATUR, Ga. — One man is dead and another is charged with his murder after an argument outside a business in Decatur on Wednesday afternoon.
Police said 46-year-old Timothy Wilson of Hiram and 24-year-old Jadir Woods of DeKalb County got into an argument while entering and exiting the driveway of a business in the 2600 block of East College Avenue just before 2 p.m.

After the argument, police say Woods walked into the business after Wilson and shot him before getting back in his car and speeding away.
Wilson was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Investigators found evidence at the scene identifying Woods as the suspect. He was subsequently arrested and charged with murder.
Woods is currently being held in the DeKalb County Jail.
