NEWNAN, Ga. — Paramedics airlifted a child to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta on Sunday after a crash.
Police say a driver hit an 11-year-old boy on Roberts Road in Newnan. The driver stayed on the scene.
Officials have not updated the child’s condition.
“This matter is currently under investigation and no charges have been filed,” a city spokesperson told Channel 2 Action News.
